As a tourism destination, Alanya was awarded the "Best Destination" award by Reisgraag.nl, the largest travel site in the Netherlands. Reisgraag.nl, besides being a travel agency in the Netherlands, also draws attention as a platform where reviews about Dutch tour operators and all world countries and destinations are made.
Alanya Municipality and Alanya Tourism Promotion Foundation (ALTAV) President Adem Murat Yücel, who said that Alanya received a rating of 8.3 in the review made out of 20 thousand comments recorded by the Dutch who stayed in many countries, said: shows how reliable it is. In terms of hospitality, location, beaches, nightlife, restaurants, tourist attractions and culture, Alanya has been the pride of our country in the field of tourism. We have always fulfilled our duties as both ALTAV and Alanya Municipality and we will continue to do so.”
